PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Bon Amiga Affiliate Program allows qualified partners to earn commissions by promoting our jewelry and accessories to their audience. As an affiliate, you’ll receive a unique tracking link and earn a percentage of sales generated through your promotional efforts.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE
STANDARD COMMISSION RATES
- Tier 1 (0-25 sales/month): 5% commission on net sales
- Tier 2 (26-50 sales/month): 7% commission on net sales
- Tier 3 (51+ sales/month): 10% commission on net sales
COMMISSION CALCULATIONS
- Commissions calculated on net sales amount (total order value minus taxes, shipping, and any discounts)
- Returns, refunds, and chargebacks will be deducted from affiliate commissions
- Tier levels reset monthly based on the previous month’s performance
- Tier upgrades take effect the first day of the following month
EXCLUDED ITEMS
No commission earned on:
- Shipping costs
- Taxes and fees
- Gift card purchases
- Sale items marked “Final Sale” (at our discretion)
- Orders with promotional codes not provided by the affiliate program
AFFILIATE REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To join our affiliate program, you must:

ONGOING REQUIREMENTS
Active Participation:
- Generate at least one qualified sale every 90 days to maintain active status
- Respond to affiliate program communications within reasonable timeframes
- Keep account information current and accurate
Content Standards:
- Maintain professional, family-friendly content
- Provide honest, accurate product descriptions and reviews
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships as required by law
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
RESTRICTED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
Strictly Prohibited:
- Trademark/Brand Bidding: Cannot bid on “Bon Amiga” or our trademarked terms in paid search
- Coupon/Deal Sites: Cannot post affiliate links on unauthorized coupon or cashback sites
- Email Spam: No unsolicited bulk emails or spam marketing
- Pop-ups/Pop-unders: No forced clicks or misleading advertising methods
- Incentivized Traffic: No paying users to click affiliate links or make purchases
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Unacceptable Content:
- Adult, violent, or inappropriate material
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Misleading or false claims about products
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Defamatory or harmful statements about Bon Amiga or competitors
SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES
Permitted:
- Genuine product reviews and recommendations
- Styling posts featuring Bon Amiga products
- Educational content about jewelry care and styling
- Personal testimonials about purchased products
Required Disclosures:
- Use #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate hashtags
- Clear disclosure of affiliate relationship
- Comply with FTC guidelines and platform policies

- Cookie Duration: 30 days from initial click
- Last Click Attribution: Credit given to the last affiliate link clicked

Inactive Status:
- No sales for 90+ days results in inactive status
- Inactive affiliates may have reduced dashboard access
- Reactivation possible with new qualified sales
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Termination by Bon Amiga:
- Violation of program terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity or policy violations
- Failure to maintain minimum activity levels
- Brand damage or inappropriate content
Termination by Affiliate:
- 30-day written notice required
- Final commissions paid according to regular schedule
- Access to affiliate materials and tracking links terminated
